Usage:
1.Mould the thermoplastic mouth trays
(1).Submerge one of the mouth trays into the hot water for 10-12 seconds,or just until the tray appears to soften (be sure not to overheat the trays).
(2).Place the mouth tray into your mouth,covering your upper teeth
(3).Close your mouth and suck out all air and excess water,creating suction between
the mouth tray and your teeth.
(4).With your fingers,gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your upper lip against your teeth.
(5).Wait 10-15 seconds and then remove the mouth tray from your mouth.
2.Using a scissor to trim the excess material along the border.
3.Fill Mouth Trays and Whiten Teeth
(1).Place a small drop of gel on each tooth impression of mouth Trays.
(2).Place the mouth trays into your mouth,and using your fingers to pressure your lips to help your teeth are properly covered and fitted by the teeth impression.
(3). Turn on the button of LED teeth whitening light , then hold the light as close to your teeth as possible for the duration of the whitening treatment.
(4). After 20-45 minutes remove it and rinse in lukewarm water.
